The Burg :: IP :: Fair Use

The great Wburg-centric episodic comedy "The Burg" had a music video of theirs pulled from YouTube for having used a copyrighted tune in a parody.

The Burg fans weren't quite irate, but they were certainly disappointed and vocal in their comments. It's my understanding that you can use copyrighted material under Fair Use for parody. Perhaps the problem stems from their having used the entire tune and failing to add their own commentary.

My suggestion: add a wee bit of newsroomish commentary at the head to introduce a shortened version of this hysterical bit of fun.
